Problem

AH Environmental supports the facilities management shop at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. The facilities management group carries the responsibility of tracking hazardous wastes, materials, and effluent waste water dispensed from many of the organizations on the NNMC base. The processes of collecting information from the disparate locations, analyzing the data, managing related audits is made more difficult due to the lack of a single system to manage all of these various tasks.

DRG Team Solution

Our solution makes use of the latest in web technology to create an end-to-end management system for the facilities division. This system manages logins at multiple levels in the organization showing custom interfaces at each level. We have constructed an in depth audit portion to the interface that gives auditor’s a great deal of power to approach this process. The system contains a built in document manager that permits checking documents out and in for the purpose of update and review. Built in alert systems help managers to contain and track incidents as they occur.
